Kerry O'Neill

Chief Executive Officer

Kerry’s prior work at the Connecticut Green Bank managing single family and multifamily financing programs and low-to-moderate income initiatives has given her tremendous exposure to the kind of institutional challenges – and opportunities – associated with clean energy investing for underserved communities. She and her team launched 11 products in five years using a channel marketing and partnership origination approach and a variety of financial structures, all sharing a focus on reducing energy burdens by expanding access to credit.

Prior to joining the Green Bank, Kerry was Senior Advisor at the Clean Energy Finance Center, a non-profit organization she co-founded. Kerry also co-founded Earth Markets, a consulting firm that developed and managed community-based social marketing programs to accelerate demand for energy efficiency. Previously, Kerry was EVP of Transaction Management, Product Development and Strategy at Clayton Holdings, an industry-leading provider of credit risk analytics and due diligence services in the mortgage-backed securitization market. She has also held executive roles in operations, marketing and strategy in diverse sectors including e-commerce, direct marketing, and educational services. Kerry earned a BS in computer science and engineering from MIT and a master’s degree from NYU Tisch School of the Art’s Interactive Telecommunications Program.

Carmen Carson

Chief People and Culture Officer

As the Chief People & Culture Officer at Inclusive Prosperity Capital, Carmen leads the Human Resources and Marketing departments while advancing IPC’s JEDI-B (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) strategy. With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and education leadership, human capital solutions, and executive coaching, Carmen has dedicated her career to addressing educational disparities, serving as a global training and development leader, and advocating for adults with disabilities. Carmen is the founder of Rocketry Coaching & Learning, a consulting company that has successfully partnered with leaders, organizations, and entrepreneurs throughout the United States for leadership training and development. In her previous roles as Manager of DEI Programs at Doma and Senior Global Facilitator at Mettacool, Carmen designed and facilitated programs to empower and develop organizational leaders and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace. As with all of her former roles, at IPC, Carmen consistently serves as a strategic thought leader and a catalyst for change.

Musa Collidge-Asad

Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer, Musa oversees all aspects of capital formation, investment management, and investment transactions, and plays a critical role in determining the organization’s strategic direction. Additionally, he leads strategic partnership development, including with green banks and community development finance institutions, and plays a key role for scaling other initiatives such as single-family residential programs and secondary markets development initiatives.  His prior background includes extensive leadership, investment, strategy, and renewable energy and real assets experience with diverse private, public, and multinational organizations in the U.S. and globally.  Prior to IPC, he led teams delivering innovative project development, technology, and financing solutions to resolve complex challenges across energy, environment, food waste, the commercial real estate industry, and ventures at the intersection of technology and real assets.  Previously, Musa’s role as Senior Officer with the World Bank Group included leadership and core team roles for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of complex investments involving integrated infrastructure and property development, climate-related investment funds, renewable energy and biodiversity programs, and microfinance. Additionally, Musa co-founded and played key roles for start-up and early-stage entities that he helped develop into multi-million-dollar organizations. He has completed a Harvard Business School Executive Management program and holds a JD and MBA from the University of Maryland. He is multilingual in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, and Arabic.  

John D'Agostino

Managing Director, Clean Energy Transactions

As Managing Director of Clean Energy Transactions for IPC, John oversees all aspects of the organization’s financing programs serving multifamily, nonprofit, government, and commercial building owners and commercial solar developers. He combines a background in development finance, clean tech venture capital, public policy, and consulting to catalyze the market for energy financing. Prior to joining IPC, John was the Associate Director of Multifamily Programs for the Connecticut Green Bank, overseeing deal origination activities for clean energy financing programs serving the multifamily sector, and before that, managed the organization’s successful residential solar lease program.

Mark DeBonee, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Mark oversees the accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury, annual financial audit, and payroll functions for IPC. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of combined public and private accounting experience. Prior to joining IPC, Mark was a Fund Accountant, Private Equity for Landmark Partners, an investment advisor specializing in private equity and real estate funds with $27 billion in commitments. At Landmark Partners, Mark was responsible for cash management, debt compliance, monthly and quarterly general ledger financial closing, and financial statement preparation for over 20 private equity funds. He previously spent eight years in public accounting and has experience in auditing public, private, and not-for-profit entities.  

Michele Kunitz

General Counsel

Michele brings over 20 years of experience in project and corporate finance, solar energy start-ups, operations, institutional investment and regulation, and general corporate law to IPC’s focus on providing bringing green finance capital and expertise to underserved markets. She worked for 13 years at Barings LLC, an institutional asset manager, as Counsel and later as Associate General Counsel and Managing Director, where she ran the Regulatory and Trading Legal Team, which handled all of the corporate, regulatory, and trading matters for the global firm.  At Barings, Michele gained in-depth experience in institutional investment, operations, and corporate finance. She previously served as Assistant Vice President and Counsel for Corporate and Retirement Income at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, the parent company of Barings LLC. Prior to moving in-house, she was outside counsel in the Projects and Structured Finance Group at Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she worked on all aspects of project finance deals in the electric power industry, and on corporate finance transactions.  As part of her project finance work, Michele worked on equity and debt financings, securities offerings, development, construction, and portfolio acquisitions, and dispositions of energy projects. In addition, she is a Founding Investor & Advisor for Sungage Financial, a residential solar loan pioneer.  

James McIntyre

Chief Strategy Officer

James joined IPC as Chief Strategy Officer in August 2021 from New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) where he oversaw the State’s $20+ billion single-family and multifamily affordable housing debt programs. James is recognized leader in ESG debt financing, developing and implementing award winning issuance practices at HCR, and serving on the inaugural global advisory board of Nasdaq’s Sustainable Bond Network. Prior to joining HCR, James helped develop the first online municipal bond broker-dealer, Neighborly. Before joining Neighborly, James was a public finance and affordable housing banker for fourteen years at UBS and Morgan Stanley. James graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan with degrees in Afroamerican & African Studies and Political Science. In July 2022, James was appointed by the New York State Senate to the board of the New York State Housing Finance Agency.

Madeline Priest

National Director, Smart-E Loan Program

As National Director of the Smart-E Loan Program, Madeline leads activities related to partner and contractor engagement, marketing, and outreach for the program’s national expansion. She ensures that program partners and other IPC stakeholders have the resources they need to run successful energy financing programs across the country. Prior to joining IPC, Madeline was the Manager of Residential Programs for the Connecticut Green Bank. As a community organizer, she specializes in developing partnerships that drive volume in traditionally underserved communities. Madeline has held certifications as an Envelope Professional and Building Analyst Professional with the Building Performance Institute.
