Chief Investment Officer
Musa is a core member of IPC’s leadership team, oversees all aspects of capital formation, investment management, and investment transactions, and plays a critical role in determining the organization’s strategic direction. His background includes extensive leadership, investment, strategy, and renewable energy and real assets experience with diverse private, public, and multinational organizations in the U.S. and globally.
Before joining IPC, he led teams delivering innovative project development, technology, and financing solutions to resolve complex challenges across energy, environment, food waste, the commercial real estate industry, and ventures at the intersection of technology and real assets. Previously, Musa’s role as Senior Officer with the World Bank Group included leadership and core team roles for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of complex investments involving integrated infrastructure and property development, climate-related investment funds, renewable energy and biodiversity programs, and microfinance.
Additionally, he co-founded or played key roles for start-up and early-stage entities that he helped develop into multi-million-dollar organizations. He has completed a Harvard Business School Executive Management program and holds a JD and MBA from the University of Maryland. He is multilingual in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, and Arabic.
